IN BRIEF 11 / 4, two public housing, a warehouse and a factory were completely destroyed in fires in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, 7 and 8 April. At approximately 9:30 pm, April 7 a series of explosions occurred in Tan Tao industrial park in the district of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Tan, where plastic bottles of motor oil are produced.
